Prices

The prices on this website are stated in Swiss Francs, net amounts, inclusive of value-added tax, and guaranteed.

Items with a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty begins on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which you should carefully retain.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is void if our own suppliers fail or do not meet delivery deadlines, and if this unavailability is not attributable to YOUR COMPANY. In the event of the unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and Transport

The dispatch of available items is carried out by post within approximately 5 to 8 days.

NOTE: Tartufi Compagnoni does not deliver goods to minors or legally incapacitated customers unless written permission from the parents or guardian is provided.

Return or Exchange of Goods

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your package, intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels containing the item numbers) along with the delivery note. The postage costs associated with the return are at your expense. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs for your new order will be waived.

Legal Warranty

Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as transport damage. According to legal regulations, you are obliged to inform us of any defects or deviations in the delivered goods so that we can rectify them.

Data Protection

All personal data will be treated confidentially. The information required for processing the order will be electronically processed and may be passed on to affiliated companies as part of order processing.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, and all disputes will be handled by the court of the canton of Zug.
