  1. Gently mix the Italicus and egg white in a shaker.
  2. Add a dash of truffle oil. As before, start with a small amount and adjust according to your preference.
  3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Top up with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a thin orange peel for a citrus touch that complements the truffle notes.

  • 10 cl of prosecco
  • 1 white egg
  • 1 dash of Tartufi Compagnoni truffle oil
