Truffle Tagliatelle
  1. Cook the fresh tagliatelle in a large pot of salted water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter and truffle olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté gently until aromatic, without browning.
  4. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the pan and toss well to coat with the garlic and oil mixture.
  5. Add the crème fraîche and mix again. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little pasta cooking water to adjust it to the desired consistency.
  6. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  7. Spice up the dish with a drizzle of truffle oil. You can also sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if you wish.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy this simple and exquisite truffle pasta dish.
