Truffle Bruschetta
  1. Preheat the oven to broil.
  2. Grill the bell pepper for 20 minutes.
  3. Leave the peppers to cool to make peeling easier.
  4. Cut into strips, removing the seeds and the white part inside.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, chopped garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Set aside in a cool place.
  6. Toast the slices of farmhouse bread. Once they’re out of the oven, you’re ready to dress them.
  7. Place a generous layer of summer truffle tapenade on each slice of toast.
  8. Add a few arugula shoots and bell pepper strips marinated in oil.

  • A few rocket shoots
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Tartufi Compagnoni truffle tapenade
  • A few slices of farmhouse bread
